Hello, my name is Sam. I am 25 years old and have lived and worked in the Bristol area since 2018. Currently, I work as co founder and CEO of the EateCollective and Leafe app as well as holding various advisory positions in other start ups.

Previously, I was a co-founder and CEO of Protopay a startup focused on educating corporate businesses in the complexities, and possibilities of blockchain.

Before getting into tech, I attended culinary school in my hometown of Brighton. I then worked as a chef in fine dining and travelled extensively before going to University to study Philosophy. I also spent a brief period of my teenage years running an uncensored local radio station and subsequently had a well loved late night show on my universities station broadcasting all over Bristol.

My hobbies include - Saxophone playing, Sailing, and reading about the Byzantine Empire.
